A central industrial district
Al Quoz sits between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, close to Downtown, Business Bay, Al Barsha, and Dubai Hills. That central position makes it practical for fabricators: steel can reach most of Dubai’s commercial and residential areas quickly, and site teams can respond fast. The district is divided into Al Quoz Industrial Areas 1 to 4, with warehouses, workshops, showrooms, and creative spaces side by side.
