DPSC is a structural steel fabrication company in Dubai. We take approved drawings, or help produce them, and turn them into beams, columns, frames, trusses, and connections that fit on site the first time. Everything is cut, drilled, welded, and finished in our workshop in Al Quoz Industrial Area, then delivered and erected by our own crews.
Our structural work covers warehouses and industrial sheds, mezzanine floors, equipment platforms, roof structures, steel staircases, cladding support frames, and building extensions. Clients include main contractors, fit-out companies, engineering consultants, and owners who want one team accountable from drawing to handover.
What we fabricate
- Primary steel: columns, rafters, portal frames, beams, bracing, and trusses for warehouses, workshops, and commercial buildings.
- Secondary steel: purlins, girts, sag rods, trimmers, and support steel for cladding, glazing, and MEP equipment.
- Mezzanines and platforms: storage and office mezzanines, chiller and pump platforms, catwalks, and access walkways.
- Stairs and handrails: straight, dog-leg, and spiral staircases with balustrades and guardrails.
- Connections and embeds: base plates, anchor bolt sets, cleats, stiffeners, and splice plates.
How we work, from drawing to erection
1. Review and shop drawings
We start by reviewing the structural drawings and the programme. Our design and detailing team prepares shop drawings that show every member, connection, bolt, and weld, and we coordinate them with your consultant before anything is cut. Clashes are cheaper to fix on paper than on site.
2. Material procurement
We buy steel sections and plate to the specified grade, such as S275 or S355 to EN 10025, or ASTM A36 and A572 Grade 50, and keep the mill certificates so material can be traced back to its source.
3. Fabrication in Al Quoz
Cutting, drilling, fit-up, and welding happen in the workshop. Welders work to approved procedures, and our QA/QC in charge checks dimensions, fit-up, and welds before members move on to surface treatment.
4. Surface protection
Dubai’s heat, humidity, and salt air are hard on steel. Depending on the specification we blast and paint with a primer, intermediate, and finish coat system, or send members for hot-dip galvanizing. Read our guide to galvanizing vs painting in the UAE.
5. Delivery and erection
Steel is marked, sequenced, and delivered to suit the site. Our riggers and erectors install, bolt up, plumb, and level the structure, and we hand over with inspection records.

What we need for a quote
Send whatever you have: structural drawings, architectural layouts, a consultant’s sketch, or photos of the site. Tell us the location and the date the steel needs to be on site. We reply with a fabrication approach, a programme, and a price, usually quoted per tonne or as a lump sum for the package.
