Designed around the load
The design starts with what the floor will carry. An office mezzanine, a storage floor, and a plant platform need very different beams, columns, and decking. We confirm the imposed load with you, and the structural design is checked by a registered consultant. Columns are sized for the existing slab and base plates are detailed so the load spreads safely.
