Every canopy is designed for wind load, fabricated in our Al Quoz workshop, and installed by our team.

Engineering a canopy
Canopies look simple, but wind is the governing load. A cantilevered entrance canopy puts large forces into its fixings, so we check the supporting wall or slab and design the connections and anchors to suit. Column-supported shades need proper foundations. Structural calculations are prepared or checked by a registered consultant where the authority requires them.

Steelwork outdoors should be hot-dip galvanized, with a paint or powder coat finish for colour. That combination lasts far longer than paint alone in Dubai’s climate.
